To see when your access ends:
- Go to fpu.com/member
- Sign in to your account
- Open your Profile or account settings
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you see a message asking you to purchase Financial Peace University, can’t view your videos, or can’t access the Premium version of EveryDollar, it’s usually caused by cached browser data or signing in with the wrong email address.
Try these steps:
- Log out of your account.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Log back in at fpu.com/member
This resolves the issue most of the time.
