How Do I Change the Email Address on My Account?

If you need to update the email address associated with your Ramsey account, you can do so from your account security settings. You'll be asked to verify your identity before making the change.

Change Your Email Address

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the Overview page, locate the Security section and click Manage Security.
3. Under the Email Address section, click Change Email Address.
4. Click Verify Me to verify your identity.
5. Complete the sign-in process using your current email address.
6. Enter your new email address and confirm it.
7. Click Send Email.
8. Check the inbox for your new email address and locate the verification code.
9. Enter the verification code.
10. Click Verify Email.
11. Sign in using your new email address.

Good to Know

• You must have access to your current email address to verify your identity before changing your email address.
• After completing the verification process, your new email address will become the email you use to sign in to your Ramsey account.
