Financial Peace University purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, depending on how the membership was purchased and used.
Standard Process
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available after 30 days
- We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time or features
Gift Purchases
Refund eligibility depends on whether the gift has been activated:

Not activated:
The original purchaser can request a full refund within 30 days -
Activated:
The purchase becomes non-refundable, even if it’s within 30 days
Once a gift is redeemed, ownership transfers to the recipient.
Purchased through Apple or Google
If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play:
- Refunds must be requested directly through them
- We’re unable to issue refunds for third-party purchases

Things to Know
- You’ll still have access to your course during your membership period, even if you’re unable to attend a class
- If you’re unable to attend your class—whether in person or virtual—due to cancellation or fit, you can continue the course at your own pace. You can also find a new class.
- Bulk or bundle purchases made by a church or organization (including group orders of FPU) are non-refundable.
- You can continue at your own pace or join a different class if needed
