As a church administrator using the Church Impact Dashboard, it’s important to know how to interpret the membership statuses of your members and how to guide them if they need help accessing their memberships. The "My People" tab on your dashboard will show two possible statuses for each member: Active or Not Active.
Membership Statuses:

Active:
If a member is listed as "Active," their account has been fully set up, and they are good to go! You can instruct them to sign in to their membership by:- Going to fpu.com/member
- Using the email address associated with their membership and the password they created during account setup.

Not Active:
- (Less Than 5 Days Since Sent): If a member is listed as "Not Active" and it has been less than 5 days since you sent the membership invite, they simply need to locate the email they received from Ramsey Solutions, accept the invite, and follow the steps to complete their account setup.
- (More Than 5 Days Since Sent): If a member is listed as "Not Active" and it has been more than 5 days since the membership was sent, their account will be in a "Pending" state.
Members have five days to respond to the invitation email before it expires, but they can still complete their setup by following these steps:- Go to ramseysolutions.com
- Click Sign in
- Select Forgot Password
- Check their email for a "Change My Password" link
- Click the Change My Password button in the email
- Enter a new password
- Enter their first and last name
After completing these steps, they will be fully enrolled in the class.
