Teamwork makes the dream work, right? That’s why co-coordinators are awesome!
Here's how to add a co-coordinator to help lead your class:
- Access your Coordinator Dashboard.
- Choose the class you want to manage.
- Navigate to the Members tab.
- Click on the Add Co-Coordinator button located in the top-right corner.
- Enter the email address of the member and click Send Invite.
If the member already has a Ramsey account established, they will automatically appear in the class roster. If the member doesn't already have a Ramsey account, you will see a pending status until they have completed account registration. Once they've completed the account registration, they will be added to the class roster.
NOTE: Currently, a co-coordinator can only be assigned to one active class simultaneously.
How long do co-coordinators have to complete registration?
They have five days to respond to the email to accept being added to the class. If they don't complete registration within five days, they can follow these steps to get enrolled in the class.
- Go to https://wwww.ramseysolutions.com.
- Click Sign in.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Check email.
- Click on the Change My Password button in the email.
- Enter a new password in the browser.
- Enter first and last name.
They are all set and are now enrolled in the class!
