When a coordinator adds someone to their class roster who does not have a current Ramsey Solutions account, they are automatically listed as a "pending" member. They receive an email inviting them to create their Ramsey Solutions account. Once they've done that, they are then removed from the "pending" section and will show up in the class's Members list.
If they do not complete the process included in that email, they will continue to be listed in the "pending" section. Currently, coordinators cannot "resend" that email nor can they remove someone from that pending status. We are working on adding those features down the road, so please stay tuned!
How long do pending members have to complete registration?
- Go to https://wwww.ramseysolutions.com
- Click Sign in
- Select Forgot Password
- Check your email
- Click on the Change My Password button in the email
- Enter a new password in the browser
- Enter first and last name
They will then be enrolled in the class!
